people always ask me to play music, so here you are. :) edit: i've had several emails asking for lyrics to the first one, so how about i just post them here for your perusal instead. more well, you never call me anymore and you never write it's been weeks since i came to see you, baby in the middle of the night, oh, i drove my car four hundred miles in an effort just to make you smile and tell me, baby, what was it all for? cos i've been trying to get inside of your head such a long, long time i've been hanging on every word you said wonderin how to make you mine drank your drinks and i smoked your smokes and met your friends, even told your jokes and tell me baby, do you think that i should have tried more? is that what you wanted from me? cos yours was all i ever wanted to be. it's so hard, you know, for a girl like me so sick of being shot shot down hearing about all these skirts that you're running with and the fun you're having fooling around held your hand and i heard you cry as one by one they all passed you by and tell me, baby, did it hurt to the core? so i thought that maybe, baby, i'd drop you a line and ask you where you've gone "say - how've you been since you disappeared into the thin thin air?" looked up all your favorite words in your favorite dictionary but all my efforts went unheard when i signed the letter, "verisimilarly yours," that's all i wanted to be but your heart is something i know that i probably won't ever see if more is what you need me to give then yours isn't a way that i'd care to live live anymore.
